Goat Milk Formula

the supervision of a nutritionally oriented doctor. It
is not "approved" by the American Pediatric Association. |
This formula is an excellent alternative to cow’s
milk and soy when a child allergic reactions or is intolerant
of milk and soy formulas.
For Newborns to 9-12 Months of
age:
Fresh Goat milk
- 36 ounces
OR
- Reconstitute goat milk
- Evaporated whole goat milk – 12 oz.
- Mix with 24 oz. of water, boiled for 5 minutes or bottled.
OR
- Powdered whole goat milk – 12 TBS
- Mix with 36 oz. of water, boiled for 5 minutes bottled.
Add to goat milk and shake well before using
- 4 TBS organic maple syrup
- 1 TBS liquid multivitamin [Code: LIQU3 - NF Liquid Multi Vit-Min]
- 2 tsp EFA’s as 1 tsp Flax oil [Code: FLAX4 – by
Oakmont Labs]
- ½ tsp Children’s bifidobacterium [Code: ENCHI
– Entrin Children’s Children’s Formula]
For 9-12 months
of age and older:
Use fresh or reconstituted goat milk as above
Add to goat milk and shake well before using
- 4 TBS organic maple syrup
- 1 TBS liquid multivitamin [Code: LIQU3 - NF Liquid Multi Vit-Min]
- 1 tsp Flax oil [Code: FLAX4 – by Oakmont Labs]
Formulas may be prepared and stored in the refrigerator for
use within 48 hours. However, after the formula has been warmed
and the infant fed, any formula remaining in the bottle should
be discarded to prevent bacterial contamination.
